1) God loves you...

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 3:16

2) But all people (including you) are sinners...

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God"
Romans 3:23

3) The consequence of sin is death...

"For the wages of sin is death..."
Romans 6:23a

4) God proves His love by allowing Jesus to die in our place for our sins...

"But God demonstrated His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Romans 5:8

5) Because of Jesus' death, God offers us eternal life instead...

"...but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus, our Lord."
Romans 6:23b

6) Our response should be to:

repent (admit, renounce, and turn away) of sin...
confess (agree with) Jesus as Lord (one in charge) of your life...
believe (wholly trust) in Jesus' resurrection...
"For I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance"
Matthew. 9:13

"If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved."
Romans 10:9

7) "SAVED?" You ask... "Saved from what?"

saved from: Slavery to sin — Jesus had no sin, and can break the power of sin over you. (sin that results in broken relationships; lost trust; self doubts and feelings of worthlessness; addictions to drugs, pornography, gambling, etc.)

saved to: A meaningful life now... Jesus came that we might have full, abundant lives.
"I came that they might have life, and have it abundantly."
John 10:10
saved from: The ultimate results of sin... Sin ultimately results in death and eternal separation from God. When you personally accept Jesus as Lord of your life, He also becomes your Savior, saving you from death and eternal separation from Him into everlasting life with Him in Heaven.
"For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 6:23
saved to: Everlasting life with Jesus! This offer is open to all who will believe...
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 3:16

8) To accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, sincerely pray (talk to God) from, your heart, in your own words, or similar to the prayer below:

"I confess Jesus as Lord (one in charge) of my life. I believe in Your resurrection. I trust You wholly with my life, and ask You to help me live a full, meaningful life on earth, and with you eternally. Thank you God for loving me, a sinner. I repent (admit, renounce, and turn away) of my sins and ask for forgiveness. Amen (so be it)"

If you sincerely prayed to ask Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior...

Welcome to God's family!

9) The Bible promises the Holy Spirit as a holy compass to comfort and guide you.

"Repent, and let each one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
Acts 2:38
The Bible also instructs Jesus' followers to meet together for worship and encouragement to grow in Jesus Christ. By following through with baptism and uniting with a church, you will find new Christian friends and grow in your life in Christ.
"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess... let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds... let us not give up meeting together... but let us encourage one another..."
Hebrews 10:23-25
